The Vakkom Moulavi Foundation Trust (VMFT) organised a five-day leadership training programme for postgraduate women students preparing to enter the job market. The program was held from 5-9 August 2024. The report covers the key topics discussed in each focus area of the workshop, the impact of the training on participants, and plans for continued support through a mentorship program.
